 Overview

IDPS is a graphics server software, to be run by an application program and dedicated to technical and scientifical data display. An API is provided for application programs written in Fortran, C, Python.

IDPS runs on Unix based systems (tested under Linux IA32 and x86_64, Solaris, OSF1).

IDPS is free software, released under the GPL.

To build IDPS on your machine, you need the Qt toolkit, version 3.x or higher. If you dont have it, you should consider installing Qt first.

 Announcements

Port to Mac OS-X Darwin is partial, starting with version 3.1. Full Mac installation is planned this year.
Port to MS-Windows is planned. However this port implies the port to Qt-4 is done.
